  After visiting another well known opticians to repair my broken glasses who were no help at all i popped into Optical Express to see if they could help me out. I was met by a really helpful woman who said she would see what she could do. After 20 minutes i popped back only to find that she had found a new arm for the glasses & fitted it on for me. Even though i did not purchase my glasses from Optical Express she said there was no charge for the service, what a wonderful gesture, thank you & very much appreciated, five stars from me.

  I was attended to by a lovely lady called Jill Jones. She was most helpful, she listened to my concerns, explained very thoroughly, certainly knew her job, put me at ease and most of all made my visit a stress free one. She went above and beyond to make sure both my father and myself were getting the best deal. I would say to anyone going to Optical Express Merry Hill ask to see Jill, she is wonderful and a credit to the company.
