  Came in looking for a few gifts for my girlfriends upcoming birthday and was slightly overwhelmed by the choices and options. As a typical male I had no idea what any of the make up was for or how to decide what would make a nice present so I gave in and decided to seek help, thankfully there was a sales assistant named Francesca. She was very patient with me and gave me some very helpful information which allowed me to make a few purchases that I could be confident in. I left the store having gained a little knowledge, was excited to give my girlfriend her presents and had enjoyed the process. Really appreciate the help - unfortunately there didn't appear to be any management around to leave this feedback with. Very pleasant experience and I know where I'll be shopping for things like this in the future and who to ask for help.

  Went in to the Estee Lauder counter, where I was served by a young lady who I think was called Isabelle., she was extremely helpful, listened to my concerns, and when I felt I knew what I wanted, she actually really was helpful advising me on my choices, just to say she was spot on, her consultation with me was perfect and I left with my purchases very happy and when I used my new foundation cream she really had advised me on a perfect colour, thankyou,
